The six courses listed below are the stock course designs that I worked on with Scott Chesney for
Jack Nicklaus 6. It was both an honor and a privilege to work with Scott. He is a great to collaborate with and always makes projects like these enjoyable, even with the constant deadlines. For each course, there was a "foreman" which oversaw the details such as the main art development and basically directed the project. Here are some details about each course:

  • Shoal Creek – I was the foreman. I had the pleasure of paying a site visit to Shoal in preparation for this recreation. The weather wasn't great for the photo shoot, but I did get the opportunity to play the course. Due to time constraints, I worked on this course solo.
  • Sherwood – Scott was the foreman and paid a site visit to Sherwood. This course was his baby and I feel he did an incredible job with it. I helped with some objects, art tweaking, and smoothing, but beyond that, it was all Scott's creation.
  • Muirfield Village – Scott was foreman. This was a joint effort and Scott worked on odd holes while I worked on the even ones. It was also easier than the other courses since we had the JN4 version to work from.
  • Cochise at Desert Mountain – Scott was foreman and paid a site visit to Arizona. This was a joint effort and Scott worked on the front nine, while I worked on the back. We both split responsibility for creating the art for this recreation. It was a challenging course to represent in JN6 with the game's single hole limitations, but we are both quite pleased with how it turned out.
  • Nicklaus North – I was foreman. This was a joint effort and I worked on the odd holes and Scott did the evens. The horizon was especially fun to develop since it is the probably the most impressive feature of the course.
  • Montecastillo – I was foreman. This course was rough going from start to finish. Since Cochise was added to JN6 quite late in the development cycle, Montecastillo felt the pinch. I basically had to quickly complete the course just before the deadline. Even with its problems, I think the course is still fun to play.

Here are the JN5 courses that I have completed and released:

  • Monterey Bay – A co-design done with Scott Chesney and included with JN5.
  • Rolling Evergreen – An original design set in western North Carolina.
  • Cypress Point – A recreation of the classic design by Alister Mackenzie located in Monterey, California

Below are the golf courses I created with Accolade's Jack Nicklaus Signature Edition Golf and Course Design (JNSE). The game was released in 1992, and even though it is now many years later it still has a loyal following of fans. This is mainly due to the great course designer that comes with the game and the multitude of courses that have been produced with it. Using this designer, I have created 10 courses for JNSE over the years. Four of the courses were created for the Prodigy Network Golf Tour (PNGT), which today is unfortunately no more. If you look at my early courses compared to my later ones, I definitely believe you will notice a refinement in both my design style and imagery. Below you will find a chronological list of links to separate pages for each course. Each page contains detailed information about the design and the option to download* the course.

* All of these courses may be distributed freely as long as no money is charged or earned from them. Also, I ask that if you decide to convert any of these designs to JN4, JN5, or JN6 that you do so for your own enjoyment only. Please do not distribute a converted course without my permission. Thank you.
