Oceanview Golf Links Title

Oceanview’s Course Routing

ceanview Golf Links is an original seaside design that is set in Cocoa Beach, Florida. It was released in March of 1994 and was the third of my courses to be used for the PNGT. While I don’t think there is enough undeveloped land left in Cocoa Beach to house such a golf course, it still makes for a nice setting. Since Oceanview is set near the sea, the breezes can get quite strong. Actually, the course has two completely different styles. Most of the holes are set in traditional parkland terrain. Holes seven through nine and fifteen through eighteen bring the beach into play, thus giving the golfer a very different look. In these closing holes to each nine the player will find natural rolling sand dunes and native grasses. More details on Oceanview Golf Links can be found in the text file that is included with the course.
